These cookies are delicious! My wife found the recipe for these on Cooks.com. She made them exactly to the recipe, so we aren’t even claiming a modification. Either way though, they’re delicious, and you’ll love them if you give them a try!

The picture is mine though. I just had to hurry and take it before I ate them all!

Pretzel Toffee & Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups mini-pretzels, broken into 1" pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup toffee bits, such as Heath brand toffee

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
  2. In a large bowl with mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. On low speed, beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mix. Stir in pretzel pieces, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup toffee bits.
  3. Drop dough by rounded tbsp, 2-inches apart onto baking sheets. With moist hands, flatten slightly. Dividing equally, press remaining chocolate chips and toffee bits into dough.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
