These cookies are delicious! My wife found the recipe for these on Cooks.com. She made them exactly to the recipe, so we aren’t even claiming a modification. Either way though, they’re delicious, and you’ll love them if you give them a try!
The picture is mine though. I just had to hurry and take it before I ate them all!
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups mini-pretzels, broken into 1" pieces
- 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup toffee bits, such as Heath brand toffee
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
- In a large bowl with mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. On low speed, beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mix. Stir in pretzel pieces, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup toffee bits.
- Drop dough by rounded tbsp, 2-inches apart onto baking sheets. With moist hands, flatten slightly. Dividing equally, press remaining chocolate chips and toffee bits into dough.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.

These cookies sound and look delicious!
This is a very interesting cookie. I love the combination of ingredients.
I thought pretzels were salty, but either way these cookies look addictive.
Yummy, I’d eat these for breakfast at not even 6 am today, they look that good! I’d even make them right now – but I don’t have the two most important ingredients…pretzels and toffee! Ugh.
