Here’s a marinade I believe you’ll like.  This is one you won’t want to marinade meat in for too long, as it has quite a bit of citrus in it and will start breaking down the meat quickly.

This marinade will be best on shellfish, poultry, or pork.

Heavy Citrus Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 cup (low sodium) Soy sauce
3 Tablespoons rice-wine vinegar
3 scallions (thinly sliced) (white & light green parts only)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

I recommend marinating your shellfish or meat for 1 to 3 hours.
