Since there was only the two of us eating a Thanksgiving dinner this year, my wife decided to try out an idea she had to make muffin cups out of stuffing, and then filling them with a spiced hamburger mixture.
And what a great idea that turned out to be. I only wish she had made more! They were so incredibly delicious. I would suggest you don’t wait until next year to try these out.

Preparation
- Mix the stuffing ingredients and allow time for the stuffing to absorb the liquid.
- Grease the muffin pan and fill half way with stuffing. Then press the center of the stuffing down in each cup to form a cup for filling.
- Mix the filling ingredients together and fill each stuffing cup to the top. Bake at 350° F. for 25 to 30 minutes until browned and slightly crisped.

A more savory muffin. Yum!
These look lovely Curt – a really nice idea!
I bet these were yummy, great idea!
Hi Curt! They look terrific! I like anything that is made to individual sizes (like sliders, truffles, cupcakes). There’s something so special about them…and stuffing is no exception! Delicious!
Great idea – For some reason you always end up with more stuffing than bird cavity.
What a wonderful idea- something to try for Christmas. It doesn’t look too difficult either!
