What a combination! This is a flavor combination you’re going to love. Try it out and let me know what you think of it.

I’m always looking for something different and tweaking recipes to my liking.

This recipe should provide enough marinade for several steaks.

Cola & Orange Marinade for Steaks

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can Cola
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate (no water added)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons beef broth

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. In a sealable container, pour the marinade over steaks of your choice, cover tightly, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Take them out and grill them up!

Is the oh just out of the can or is it mixed with water?

Thanks for pointing that out Darlene. I generally always specify when using concentrated juices. This is with no water added, and I’ll modify the recipe right away!
