This marinade adds an awesome flavor to poultry and pork. It’s simple to put together, and inexpensive to create.
The citrus flavoring comes through very well, and of course the vinegar helps to break the meat down to keep it nice and tender!
This recipe will easily cover 4 pork chops or chicken breasts.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice (all natural)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
Preparation
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl, and set aside.
- Clean and rinse your meat, and then place them into a ziplock plastic bag. Pour the marinade into the bag with the meat. Seal, place in a bowl, (in case of leakage), and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Citrus and poultry is such a terrific combination. The weather is much better here, so it’s time to get out and start grilling again.
